Lip filler migration or ageing ??

I’ve had 0.75ml of lip filler once a year for four years now, always subtle and I’ve never noticed obvious migration however recently I’ve noticed little pouches of fat eaithwr side of my lips.

Is this what to expect turning 25? Or is this weirdly migrated filler?

I’m confused as I’ve never had a filler border around my lips
