Box.com question about multiple Windows users.

Hi. I have a Box account and I want to share some of the folders with my wife. She has her own Box account. We have a main PC in the house, each with our own Windows (11) logins. It seems that the Box sync will only load on one of the Windows logins at a time. Is there any way to do this? What am I missing? Thanks.
