Meta v5 colour issue.

Preordered a meta v5 in clear silver around sept 25th for delivery on oct 31. Finally got it yesterday. Unfortunately it looks white?

I emailed them to ask about this issue (with a picture) and they have just called me to say that it is silver and it just looks completely different from the pic on the website.

Am I being had on or is the clear silver genuinely not silver. Really thought it was chromed like my meta v4 :(
