Student’s room across mine smells SO BAD

Last semester, the boy who lives right across my dorm room would cause such a foul disgusting smell that permeated all throughout the hallway. I contacted the RA two times and they would just tell him that the other students are complaining and to clean up his mess. Even the police came once. Now it’s the second semester and it’s happening AGAIN. It’s not even been a week since we moved in, how is this even possible? Food can’t rot that fast… so WTF is going on in there. Worst case scenario I wouldn’t be surprised if there is some dead animal in there.

The worst thing is that my room is right across his and his smell leaks into my room sometimes😭I’m suffering idk what else to do. This is actually making me so angry now. I’m considering changing dorms.
