Age of Empires 4 on the cloud

I'm very keen to play this game on my dying Surface Pro 3 but I haven't yet found a good option on the cloud. I've read about Shadow but seems its very expensive and unreliable at times. Can someone point me in the right direction to a good (preferably europe based) service that can handle the game and has an option to trial the service without committing loads of £££. And a guide for a cloud newbie as a bonus! I've only used Stadia and Geforce Now so far.
