Homebrew Help! New player
Hello fellow people of Sigmar! Most of my AOS experience is in the factions of Skaven and Seraphon but since learning the lore and mostly playing the Total War games, the Empire and Cities of Sigmar have struck my interest.
I want to create an army in this faction and want to make a homebrew city or subfaction. I do not mind rules or proxying rules wise, but I just want to make a city which could feasibly fit into the AOS realms. I have done research but I am not fully grasping the concept of the cities themselves. I want to know any information I may need and things to consider if I can make my own subfaction or city.
