Casino and property tax
I just want to preface that I do not care we are getting a casino. This isn’t an opinion or debate on wanting it or not.
Does anyone know what the casino will do to property taxes in the NW area or in CR in general? I know gambling revenue is supposed to help offset costs to certain taxes but I would live less than a mile from the casino and I worry that my property will all of a sudden become more ‘valuable’ to the city and increase the property taxes again.
