Zinc/Copper Balance
Kind of worried that I’m consuming too much zinc and not enough copper. Cronometer shows I’m consuming around 100-120 mg of zinc per day. Copper is low unless I eat canned oysters which brings it up to 4mg. I know everyone’s going to say beef liver is better but I can’t stand the taste. Is zinc/copper imbalance something to worry about? Should I cut down on red meat?
