why doesnt canva upload my entire PDF so i can edit it?

every time i redownload the pdf it always shows up with 490 pages and it has well over 500 is there a limit? if so i'd like to know because google isn't helping me i keep finding ways for fixes with 200 limit but i have a way bigger PDF file LOL
