Cancelling IVC?

Got an email my order from interscope shipped 2/20 but there’s no movement only states a label was created. I emailed asking when I should expect to see some movement because I want to cancel my subscription now they’re telling me to wait 2 weeks to see if it moves. Does anyone know if I’m good to cancel my subscription? I planned to cancel once I got the record but no clue when that will actually happen now.

Edit: some added info: I ordered Feb 5th and I’m in the US/FL my tracking is through FEDEX

Edit2: I cancelled my subscription today around 10pm and my tracking finally updated around 2am stating fedex had my package and it should be here on Thursday 🤷‍♀️
