Worst Product! Help me!

My father gifted me this Bose Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 as gift in last year(2023) octaber, It’s slowly loosing It’s colour, can I get service for it or refund

Anybody helpe me to loose this marks 🥲

I'm suggesting to avoid this product, for 23k the build quality is worst , Even don't buy it for refurbished
