Looking for recommendations: Rolling through Mississippi

I'll fly into Jackson on a Monday afternoon. I'm looking for a gym that has showers, so I can hit the evening sessions and then drive north. After that, I'll be between Kosciusko, Louisville, Starkville, Eupora, Winona, and Grenada.
