What do you think about biking on sidewalks?

My city doesn't have much bike infrastructure if any at all some do have strips of paint on a few roads but that's about it.There is also few trails but they end abruptly and don't go to locations you typically go to for work or school.

Basically ur typical American city. People hardly walk here with an occasional homeless person or crack head I can see 1/4 mile away. Sidewalks are restricted to ride on by city ordinance but cops don't seem to pull over people for that.

Idk how do u ride?
