Which two characters had the best chemistry?

I'm not talking about romance, but the one-on-one scenes, the laughs they generate, the to and fro dialogue. For me it is Sheldon-Leonard, followed by Sheldon-Amy. Whenever these pairings are on screen, the conversations pop and I never fail to laugh.
