dirty hit order

Guysss i ordered bea’s vinyls off the website and last update i got was that they were shipped on August 11th but haven’t heard anything since…….. not the postal office has contacted me to lmk they have arrived.. i emailed them but they haven’t replied so idk what to do!!! any help? do you have any other contacts?
