I (M 25) moved to BLR in July’22 from IXC. Still think that the city is cold and hasn’t accepted me.

I’ve tried multiple times to mingle with the locals, without much success. Unable to pick on Kannada as well!

Maybe the routine is just too monotonous - you wake up, cook your lunch, get ready, attend office, come back, sip a drink or two, and again repeat this cycle.

Where should we fit friends, dating, exploring the city into all of this?

I live in HSR, pretty decent locality compared to other pockets of BLR, but it’s still so empty. You go out on a walk on 27th main road but it doesn’t make any difference.

Been to all the pubs and clubs in Koramangala, Indiranagar, Sarjapur Road etc. but at the end of the day, is this what BLR is just meant for? Just following a set of practices while you work your ass out in this corporate setup!?
