how to get a limited recipe

I'm obsessed with cows and discovered that there's a Cow Cake recipe on Loretta's Oven!!! I'm just wondering if the goal to get that recipe will ever come up again. Do I just have to wait? Also, is there a way for me to find out what goal it's associated with? Honestly, I haven't unlocked Loretta's Oven yet, but AFAIK, I need to complete the 14-day goal, right? My main concern is if I'll ever be able to get that recipe if it's that limited!
