Confused I guess

So I have been taking low dose 2mg sublingual for 4months Around 3rd month I did a test came back T 237ng/dl E 445 pg/ml I recently did another test at 4month and came back as T 177 ng/dl & E 432 pg/ml Test come out of pocket Wondering if anyone else has reached similar E levels with 2mg a day no blockers

I was talking with provider and said that I should split 1 2mg tab morning and night I might be peaking 400+ and then falling throughout day

Has anyone else had any similar numbers with such a minimal dose

Estrogen dominant to begin with ? Test levels not quite accurate?

I don’t want to waste another 3months and have no result
