What are the characteristics of the Ideal Workplace?

Hello, my apologies if this is in the wrong place, but my law school’s labor and employment law society is hosting a dialectic on “What is an ideal workplace?”, and I’m working on questions to spur conversation. What are some important questions to answer in this regard? So far I want to identify the principles and responsibilities of the ideal workplace, but past that the conversation seems rather large and I’m not certain what would be necessary. Any ideas? Or thoughts on what the ideal workplace is/does?
