Feeling some kind of way about all the LA wildfire coverage and lack of it for WNC and Appalachia’s

Anybody else feel like we’re just being forgotten? Maybe it’s because I didn’t see a prime time sports game or news coverage directly after Helene due to… Helene… but damn, it feels like the media gods really care about LA and not us.

Of course, these disasters aren’t symmetrical, and I feel terrible for Angelenos going through such loss… but where’s the call for national support for our communities?
