Endovascular Asc AO Aneurysm Repair

Has anyone had this? Is it routinely used? My son is approaching surgery dimensions, and my brother and I are followed yearly for the condition. My father was saved after a dissection by open surgery. It seems like the obvious preferable option, if feasible
