Hi I’m new and I need help

I’m not exactly sure how to put this but I can not stop drinking. I have been to the hospital 3 times and behavioral hospital 2 times because the amount of alcohol in my system was over the lethal amount(.45 and .47)

Honestly I’m scared for my life I don’t want to die. But for some reason if anything bad goes on in my life I resort to drinking. I’m really just asking for advice to stay strong
