I will still commission artist(but they can use AI), I found that only artist with professional art skills can optimize AI

I spent 30 dollars on civitai and found that only prompting is not enough, I can't get the picture I want, and I found something that can assist artist on twitter,after watching the workflow I find out that only those artist that has professional art skills can optimize AI, so I will still commission artists, but they can use AI(In my country, 30 dollars is enough to commission an artist)
