Anyone wants to give its opinion on Indian education system ? Is our education system that bad ?

In my opinion there is a stereotype in our society that if you are really talented then opt science and pursue BTech and Mbbs . If by chance you have took commerce then all you have to do is MBA or CA . Why India students afraid of taking unconventional course? Why they don't chase there passion? And why our education system is based on rote learning?
