What cheap tools to get started?

Does anyone have advice on the bare minimum and cheapest tools to get me started with wood carving? Particularly kuksas but maybe also bowls, spoons etc? I’m looking to spend as little as possible as it’s a new hobby and want to make sure I enjoy it before throwing loads of money at it!
