Snapping tricep/elbow
I’ve been lifting weights for something like 6 months now, but my snapping tricep (tendon pops back and forth over bones in elbow at around 80-90 deg) feels like it’s hindering my improvements. I don’t want to push too hard and make something worse, so it feels like it’s really holding me back. Does anybody else have this issue? Any advise on how to proceed and work around/fix this?
