Is Telnyx down?

I have two customer accounts on Telnyx and both are giving two rings then a busy signal. Other accounts (on voip.ms) are having no issues. Even when you call Telnyx's support line, you get the same issue my account on Telnyx have. I can't even log into my customer portal so I emailed them. Any idea what is going on and how I might get my phones back up?
