Initial Thoughts on Vyse?

Now that it's been a few hours since she was released, what are your personal thoughts on the new agent?

Is she OP?
Balanced?
Underpowered?
And if you couldn't play as her or don't have a good idea on playing her, what was it like play with / against her?
