Used to use Coinbase (APP, not Coinbase Wallet) to connect to Uniswap. No longer an option

I used to use the app to directly connect to the app. I was unable to find a recovery phrase and just used the direct web 3 connection in the Coinbase app, NOT COINBASE WALLET, to connect to my Uniswap. I’m unable now to connect, as it is no longer an option. Any chance in getting into my wallet?
