ULPT request - help please finding key to override paying for the laundry and drying

Can someone help me find the key to override my washing machine and dryer

I tried looking it up, but it’s doesn’t look like a normal round key, it looks flat and is in the back. or else I didn’t find where a supposed key would go. Thanks in advance
