Honest question

Do any of you wish that the union would crackdown on bad employees?

There's been sooooo many times that I've seen people get their jobs back for egregious acts such as bringing a gun to the workplace, getting caught chilling at home or various other places while on the clock, having 20+ callins/no shows in wayyyy less than a 6 month period. Yet they still keep their jobs.

Ain't that shit demoralizing? Like why do I even do the bare minimum when people consistently do even less but yet are still employed and get everything I get while doing objectively less? It's almost like the union created a sense of entititlement instead of a sense of pride.

Idk just rambles from a guy that is truly in awe that UPS functions at all let alone be profitable.
