Constant physical fighting

This summer has truly brought out the demons in people. Every day its about 105 degrees and more inside the trucks. Everyday these dudes are talking trash,physically threatening each other, or actually throwing punches. Since most are part of the union and they pick and choose their battles, me and the rest of the supes cant do anything but send them to go cut boxes.
