Is this a normal amount of breakup?

I'm new to fpv and just got the Air65 a couple of days ago. I've been noticing a lot of this banding going across the screen and it seems like more than I've seen in other peoples DVR recordings, especially at the range I'm at. (Just behind the wall with the TV)
