I make 3D modeling content, and I am getting literally 0 views. Not even 1.

I do 3D animations and blender projects, and my content does fairly well on youtube shorts, but posting on tiktok nets me absolutely 0 views. I have an old account that I post on that has 1500 followers from when I used to post on tiktok. I deleted all the content off that account years ago. I have had 2 or 3 accounts since then, all of which have not been able to get any views. I logged back into this account, and I still cannot get any views. Literally 0, like it doesn't even try to recommend it. I live in the US, so there is no region issue, I have tried from my phone, PC, and laptop, I have tried with a VPN, everything. Why won't it work? I can link my account, but I don't think it would help. It is just my account with 1500 followers with two videos with 0 views. I have both my phone and email linked to the account, and I have made money on the account before through livestreaming donations. I have no Idea why it won't work.
