Timer on live streams wont go past a certain post? Please help!!

So I go to a live and I see the timer for 3 minutes that I need to watch. So the time goes down but at 2:20 to goes back to 2:53 and then goes back down so I never get to watch the whole 3 minutes even if I have this stream open for 10 minutes it will just do this loop ?? How to fix it??!
