Increase xp/h on MS 176 lvl

Hi,
I'm still looking for good spot for my 176 MS. I've tried oramond west and I see that i'm not doing as much xp per hour and people on videos. I have 102mLvl and always wear protection set with t1 spike crit imbue. I'm using only runes and UE when I only can. After 40 minutes I got 1.3kk/h on stamina. Any advices how to hunt with mages?
