Yellow car?

So with everyone saying in the background of this image there is a yellow car, I just wanted to ask whether there are any theories or ideas on the other driver in the car crash?

I may be wrong about this, but the video appears like Felix nearly crashed into another vehicle with the horn being used which wouldn't make much sense otherwise but we haven't really seen what came of it.

Again I might be entirely crazy about there being another car but it was just something i wanted to ask about.
