Dow and the Dogman
I like how the two survivors of Logen's original crew each get these kind of poetic, happy endings that speak to their characters.
Dogman gets to die in his own bed, which is also the biggest, most luxurious, most comfortable bed in the North. We always see him twitching and whimpering in his sleep like a dog. His whole life he's been like a stray, following some shitty master who comes and goes, not having a warm home or regular meals. Now in his old age he gets to die warm and comfortable in his sleep, in a safe home with family around. Just like he would have wanted.
And Dow? He got to die brutalizing someone smaller and weaker than he is in front of a jeering crowd, just like he would have always wanted.
