I am just realizing that plantera is named after the metal band pantera, did i miss other references?

I dont play it as much as before but I started in like 2014 maybe on xbox 360 and have beat the game countless times with and without mods.

I am also an avid metal-head and SOMEHOW didn’t notice plantera is named after pantera and that “the axe” is a tribute to dimebag’s guitar.

are there other obvious references i might have missed?
