270 ping and 5 frames delay

I just finished a game with jin player who have a very bad connection but the thing that made me suspicious about it is that he could do a full combos with electric without dropping a single combo ,while I dropped a very simple combo with lee , can someone explain to me how its not an issue for him and he did it constantly?
