Swollen eyeballs

Has anyone experienced “conjuctivachalasis” basically the eyeball swells after an allergic reaction and leaves like loose skin on your eyeball :( I applied steroid to my eyelids and now notice it. I’ve even to doctor and they say it’s fine not worry about it but I just wonder if anyone else has had this
