Charm Help

I got this Legendary cd charm a while ago, i think it was when it was possible to complete hard chalanges with the buff cats.

Anyway, i've been playing the Master Challange trying to get more cd charms, but i only get Common and Rare.

Do someone know where can i get better quality charms? Or we can only get them in the master's challenge?
