Deck won't display on TV

I got an official dock for Christmas. I've used it maybe twice and now when I turn my deck on the TV picks up nothing and the deck stays lit with its normal screen. Also my wired controller isn't being picked up by the deck now which is odd.

It worked fine the first couple of times. We're tried -different HDMI cable -fully booting deck up then connecting to dock -checking connections

Any ideas?
