Help pls!!! Robin or Lingsha??

I'm pretty pretty new to hsr and I've been asking around who's a good character for my account so it will be much easier for me to kill/survive enemies but there was always a tie between Lingsha and Robin whenever I asked💔💔💔 (Someone said aglaea would be a good pick too)
