We gotta fix dp battle. No reason should a 2dp character, be able hit a 9dp without armor?

I love Dp battle but there's no reason that a Chiaotzu should be able to out combo Beast Gohan

If I pick a team of 3 that I enjoy, i'm probably gonna lose cause my opponent is going to have five low DP characters all with after image.

Once you get high enough rank wise, people are nasty with roshi, videl, and all the low dp pussy characters.
