What are the super shenron wishes? I need to know before I buy.

The only character that this game has that has me considering buying it is Kakunsa because she’s not yet in xenoverse 2 I’d like to know before I pre order if I can use the super dragon balls to wish to choose a character in this case her from the start or is she available in the shop at the start and I can just get the pre order dragon balls bonus and wish for Zeni to buy her straight out of the gate?
