Mana imbued fabric have only 3 skins? WTF?

Title. I just see this resource given a lot from i start playing and yet i see no way to use it anywhere, cuz 2 skins literally SJW skins, i already have Golden skin for reaching lvl 40 in event and its badass, so buying other skins will be useless. And finally third skin its just for SR hunter which never be used anywhere.

So whats point of this resource? They even give us this with promo codes. Maybe some skins reran at future events and i can buy in with fabric or maybe some paid ones will be free to purchase with fabric? How it works?
