Repost because the text didn't show: How is solid works calculating its surface area
We are doing a big project in our company with all of elements being powder coated. The outsourcer doing the coating is calculating it but we need to check it. So my question is if Solidworks calculates the inner side of the tube seen on second picture because the inner side is not coated and not concluded in outsourcer calculation. the other elements are more or less whole coated so it doesn't matter. the problems are tubes. There is too much elements to be calculated one by one. Looking forward for answers.
