Growth factor serum for atrophic scar

Hello! I had a mole removal done by laser a little over a month ago and it’s left an atrophic scar next to my mouth. It might fill in on its own over time, but I’d like to help it along as much as possible. Research seems promising for atrophic scars and growth serums. I’m looking at the TNS Advanced Recovery Serum, but I figured I’d ask here to see if anyone had thoughts on use for this specific concern before I make such a pricey purchase. Thanks!
