SeaTac TSA wait times

Hello everyone!

I've been reading through some posts about crazy TSA wait times and was wondering how soon we should get to the airport for a 5:55 AM flight to East Coast tomorrow(Sunday). I was too late to check Spot Saver and all spots are gone now. We don't have clear or TSA PreCheck unfortunately and will need to check bags as well. Would getting there 3 hours ahead of time be sufficient?
